Union Pizza & Smash is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for supporting the front of house team, maintaining service standards, assisting with guest experience, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with training, handling guest concerns, supporting counter service operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and communicating effectively with both front and back of house teams during service.
We are looking for dependable leaders with strong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Restaurant leadership experience is preferred. Nights and weekends are required.
