Job Title: Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor.
Job Summary: We are seeking a fully licensed clinical professional (LMSW, LPC, or LLP) to serve as the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will oversee both the administrative and clinical functioning of the adult outpatient program, ensuring effective service delivery, clinical supervision, and high-quality care for clients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $35.60 – $48.17 / hour (Structured pay scale based on licensure and experience).
Schedule & Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week; Monday – Thursday 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). Flexible scheduling options available with occasional evening/weekend coverage as needed.
Travel: IRS standard mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use (.70/mile).

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Direct all administrative and clinical operations for the adult outpatient mental health program to maintain service delivery standards.
Clinical Supervision & Treatment: Provide clinical direction to staff, conduct group, individual, and family therapy sessions, and support treatment planning for adults with mental health and substance use conditions.
Crisis & On-Call Support: Provide after-hours crisis phone coverage as needed to support clinical staff and manage client emergencies.
Community & Operational Oversight: Collaborate with external community resources, maintain tracking data and metrics, and ensure program compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling [Required].
Licensure: Active, unencumbered full professional clinical license (LMSW, LPC, or LLP) [Required].
Clinical Experience: Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders [Required].
Modality Expertise: Demonstrated competence in individual, family, and group mental health and substance abuse interventions.
Preferred Experience: Prior background working within community mental health settings and deep knowledge of local community resources [Highly Preferred].
Core Competencies: Independent clinical judgment, crisis management skills, cultural sensitivity, excellent organizational tracking, and strong interdisciplinary communication.
