This Sterile Processing Supervisor opportunity is located in Loxahatchee, FL, at a 204-bed hospital in Palm Beach County that holds Primary Stroke Center designation and operates a Level II NICU, a full-service Children's Hospital, emergency services, and a dedicated New Life Center.

The role. The Supervisor of Sterile Processing leads the day-to-day operations of the sterile processing department, overseeing the full cycle of decontamination, cleaning, assembly, and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment. The supervisor manages staff scheduling and workflow, implements and monitors quality control procedures, and performs and validates sterilization tests to ensure patient safety standards are consistently met. A key focus of the role is maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards, including those set forth by the Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, and AAMI. The supervisor is also responsible for the training and development of department personnel and coordinates instrument and equipment management across the hospital.

What we're looking for.
  • High School Graduate / GED
  • Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent certification is required
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of previous experience in sterile processing
  • In-depth knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and automated sterilization systems

Schedule. Full-time, day shift with no weekend requirements.

Compensation. $20.00 - $28.50/hr plus Relo - up to 5K w/ HR approval
