Description
The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily functions of the Supply Chain Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing employee work schedules, daily staff assignments, training of new staff, seeking and participating in continuous process improvement efforts. Must assure completion of all daily job functions for the department including maintenance of par locations and oversight over the administration, configurations and products in all medsurg automated supply cabinets.
Qualifications
AA Associates
DRIVERS Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial)
Associate''s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or applicable related field. 2 years Supervisory Experience and 3 years Supply Chain experience in healthcare or any related setting. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to prioritize tasks, work independently as well as a member of a team while performing job duties in a potentially stressful and fast-paced work environment. Must be proficient in using computer applications, data & analytics platforms and inventory/procurement management systems.
