Pay: $18.00/hour, increase in pay after training complete. Shift: 1st Shift (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM) Note: Position will transition to a rotating night shift schedule after training. Weekend availability required based on rotation. What Youll Do:
Supervise and support production employees
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency
Assist with bagging, tagging, and packaging products
Prepare materials, including rolling product and boxing
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate machinery as needed
Monitor and ensure quality control standards
Perform manual lifting and other assigned duties
