Supervisor Vehicle Shop

Position OverviewAs the Vehicle Shop Supervisor at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll play a key leadership role in keeping our mountain operations running smoothly and safely. You'll oversee a talented team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring all resort vehicles and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. From snowcats to shuttles, your expertise in mechanical systems and commitment to safety will help power the guest experience on and off the slopes.This full-time, year-round position combines hands-on technical work with daily leadership responsibilities. You'll manage workflow, prioritize repairs, and guide your team through complex diagnostics and maintenance projects-all while fostering a collaborative, safety-focused, and positive work environment. This is a full-time, year-round position

Qualifications and Experience

Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to be insured to operate company vehiclesCurrent CDL or ability to obtain a CDL.Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roleDemonstrated understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemAbility to perform work in a variety of conditions and climates including severe winter weather conditionsBasic welding skillsDemonstrated commitment to safety proceduresMust be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal businessFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer operation

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Basic Welding SkillsSnow Cat operation and repair experience a plusASE CertifiedEquipment operation experience (Snowcats, Plow Trucks, Snowmobiles)

Compensation:

Wage: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour
