HERE'S WHAT THE JOB REALLY LOOKS LIKE
- Responsible for managing daily production goals, KPI management, and other projects as needed to meet customer commitments
- Provide (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) reports if applicable to direct manager
- Update and draft training material pertaining to production areas assigned to
- Responsible for subordinate employees training, performance, resource utilization, developing, coaching, and disciplining
- Ensure all employees adhere to EE policies such as attendance, conduct, TORs, etc
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Plan daily workload for employees based on KPI and production plans
- Manage employee adherence to job function process
- Regular employee performance review, promotions, and demotions
- Adhere to 5S Policy and Safety Procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Able to maintain 100% quality to customer
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
WHAT'LL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Excellent inventory management
- Ability to flex and adjust staffing to meet production plan
- Excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Must be flexible to work in other departments even on a permanent basis
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Attendance record
- Must adhere to all site security requirements
- Must have own reliable transportation to work each day
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to proficiently read, write, speak and understand the English Language
- Must be able to stand in one place for long periods of time.
- Must be approachable
- Experience in production/warehousing operations
