    Description

    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
    • Experience managing opening and closing shifts
    • Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and product rotation
    • Strong customer service and guest recovery skills
    • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
    • Experience handling cash management, deposits, and daily reporting
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
