Supervisory Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisory Aide at the Oak Creek High School/9th Grade Center working 5.5 hours a day.

In this role, you will provide valuable support in various areas, including hallway/lunch supervision, and occasional assistance in special education settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Hallway/Lunch Support:

Monitor and maintain order in hallways during class changes.

Supervise students during lunch periods, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Collaborate with school staff to address any behavioral concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and students.
