You will direct, control and coordinate assigned operations within the Facilities Management Department by the utilization of broad knowledge of facilities management, technical and administrative skills.
You will resolve technical, scientific, engineering, and design problems beyond the capacity of your support personnel.
You will formulate budget requirements using the NAVFAC RAP Process, taking into account future plans, managing payroll, training and other overhead requirements.
You will implement improvements and cost saving procedures in operations.
You will be responsible for continuous process improvements and personnel skills, equipment and facilities use and replacement, and development and marketing of better maintenance and contracting services.
