n As a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist, you will perform the following duties:n

  • Serves as a principal advisor on grants management policy, compliance, and operational issues. nt
  • Oversees and supervises the Policy and Compliance Team responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing grants management policies and standards. nt
  • Coordinates complex tasks and data requests across the agency, including audit coordination and grants data responses. nt
  • Ensures consistency and adherence to federal financial assistance regulations and departmental requirements. nt
  • Leads high-level grants management reviews and decisions, including pre-award evaluation of complex awards, post-award oversight, and closeout. nt
  • Delivers comprehensive grants data analysis, identifies gaps in grants management protocols, provides administrative and technical supervisory leadership, and leads the implementation of corrective actions. n

  • Developing and implementing agency-wide financial assistance policy and training to ensure compliance with federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200, and agency policy; AND nt
