The Cedarburg School District seeks a caring and dedicated individual to perform the duties of a Supervisory/Instructional Aide at Webster Middle School for the 2025-26 school year.
The schedule is 4 paid hours per day, 5 days per week: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm. Total 20 hours per week.
Essential skills include the ability to build positive rapport with students; assist in supervision of students during lunch; follow teacher directed behavior management techniques; communicate with teachers or other staff on individual student concerns; and perform basic workroom (materials prep) duties. Applicants must be skilled at using diplomacy, friendliness, tact and firmness to help students reach the District''s high expectations.
