This position is located in the State Office of Missouri, USDA-Rural Development (RD).
The incumbent is primarily responsible for program planning, policy development, administration, coordination and evaluation of the full scope of activities related to the State's rural business and cooperative development loan, grant, and loan guarantee programs.
