Supervisory Management And Program Analyst Duties
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
- Direct and continuously improves comprehensive administrative services across multiple organizational units, including personnel operations, budget and financial management, travel, records management, public transit subsidy program, space utilization, and facility logistics.
- Lead workflow analysis, internal control reviews, and process improvement initiatives to optimize resource allocation, mitigate operational risks, and ensure alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- Formulate and implements division-wide policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to guarantee compliance with federal laws, regulations, and agency directives.
- Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and provides supervision to subordinate CORs. Oversee acquisition activities and small purchases, establishing strict internal controls to ensure absolute adherence to federal laws, regulations, and agency directives.
- Direct the agency's Workplace Accommodation Program, ensuring total legal and regulatory compliance regarding disability, pregnancy, religious accommodations, and personal assistance services.
