JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary
The Supervisor, Recovery provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for assigned recovery services and staff. This position supports the delivery of person-centered, recovery-oriented services designed to improve engagement, stability, independence, and long-term recovery for individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.
The Supervisor provides supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to recovery staff; monitors service delivery, documentation, productivity, referrals, and client outcomes; and works collaboratively with clinical teams and community partners to ensure individuals are connected to the services and supports needed to achieve their recovery goals.

This position has supervisory responsibilities, which may include providing direction, training, coaching, performance feedback, staff development, performance evaluation, and corrective action in accordance with system policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social work, psychology, human services, substance use services, or a related field required.
Experience
Minimum of three years of experience providing behavioral health, substance use, peer, recovery, care coordination, or related community-based services.
Licenses and Certifications
Valid Florida driver’s license with a safe driving record when driving is required for the position.
Applicable peer or recovery certification is preferred when consistent with program assignment.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Work is performed in an office, clinical, residential, and/or community-based environment depending on role and assignment. The position may involve routine use of office, clinical, or electronic systems and equipment. Duties may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working at a computer. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts based on program needs.
This position is classified as sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
