We’re a boutique manufacturer producing anywhere from 100 to 10,000 units per batch, using a mix of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment to maintain flexibility and precision. Working with 20+ brands, we craft high-quality beauty, wellness, and supplement products — from skin care to tinctures, powders, gummies, and even pet care. If you’ve got experience in product formulation, manufacturing, and SOP execution — and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty — this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain documentation and SOPs required by our cGMP & USDA Organic certifications — you’ll learn them inside and out.
- Drive daily production with a hands-on approach — you’ll be right in the thick of formulating, mixing, batching, and getting things done.
- Be part of Quality & Expectations - Meet production timelines, follow strict quality control, maintain product standards, and keep operations running smoothly for flawless results.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and USDA Organic standards — quality is non-negotiable.
- Be ready for overtime — when production calls, we answer.
What You Bring:
- Experience in formulating and manufacturing products (cosmetic, supplements or food preferred).
- Experience with cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation — you know how to follow (and enforce) the rules.
- Detail-oriented but fast-moving — organized chaos is your playground.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and lead — there’s serious potential here for the right person.
- Strong communication skills — you can lead people, and work cross-functionally with the warehouse team.
