Job Summary:
As a project manager in the External Supply Cell Therapy organization, you will support CDMO Operational Leaders and manage complex cross-functional CDMO projects. This role focuses on driving scope, timeline discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment to successfully deliver outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience working with global cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Smartsheet and dashboarding tools to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage project plans including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Execute material movements into and out of CDMOs
Manage governance forums and cross-functional execution (MSAT, Supply Chain, CMC, CDMO, etc.)
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track action items
Develop visual dashboards for performance, risks, and project status reporting
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Lead priority projects including tech transfers, process improvements, and regulatory initiatives
Support ad-hoc initiatives across the Cell Therapy Development Organization
Provide inputs for KPIs using established dashboards and processes
Support mitigation strategies for raw material and CMO risk assessments
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process enhancements
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years in operations excellence, external supply/CDMO management, or PMO roles in regulated industries
Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated industry (Cell Therapy, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology)
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives
Experience working with cross-functional, cross-company, global teams
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Project Management certification or equivalent coursework
Lean certification or delivery model exposure
Experience with external partner and supplier management
