Job Summary:This role is responsible for leading and executing the supplier onboarding process within a mergers and acquisitions integration program. You will ensure a smooth transition for suppliers into the organization's procurement systems while minimizing business impact. Success in this position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute supplier onboarding initiatives.
- Develop onboarding strategies and timelines.
- Facilitate supplier communication and engagement.
- Manage supplier data and onboarding requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and track progress.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in supplier onboarding.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in procurement and supplier management processes is essential, with a preference for experience in acquisition or integration programs.
