Benefits can include Paid-Time-Off, Paid Holidays, 401K matching, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability Insurance, and a variety of other perks.Responsibilities Implement commodity-specific business plans to ensure your suppliers exceed all corporate launch, quality, capacity, warranty metrics, and vehicle deliveryLead cross-functional decisions with Supplier leadership to drive resolution of open issuesImplement actions to ensure zero vehicle losses from suppliersPrincipal for on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions for emergency supplier situationsLead adherence to standards (i.e. Q1)Drive assessment & validation of manufacturing feasibility at identified supplier sitesExecute the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Quality Planning Process (APQP)Use available data, metrics, and business plans to drive future sourcing decisions ensuring improved future qualityLead on-site troubleshooting and corrective actions for emergency supplier situationsSkills Required Quality ManagementProblem SolvingPPAP processes, APQPExperience Required Bachelor of Science/Engineering, or equivalent technical / manufacturing aptitudeEducation Required Bachelor's DegreeEqual Opportunity Our success as a company is built on practicing inclusion and embracing diversity.
