Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant education, experience, or certification.
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality, Process Validation, Process Capability, MSA, and Inspection Controls.
- Hands-on experience with Gage R&R, SPC, and process capability studies (Cp/Cpk).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, CTQs, and GD&T.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into process controls, inspection plans, and quality controls.
- Knowledge of applicable ISO 13485, FDA QSR/QMSR, and quality system requirements.
- Experience identifying supplier quality/documentation gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and project execution skills.
