Job Description
 

Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for supplier development, monitoring, improvement, and maintenance. Contributes to the development, establishment and maintenance of supplier quality engineering methodologies, systems and practices which meet *** and regulatory requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supplier Change Notification (SCN) – manage change impact assessment, internal/external communication, and change implementation
• Material Non-conformance Investigations – manage root cause investigation, risk assessment, and correction activities
• Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) – manage investigation, corrective action, and verification of effectiveness (VOE).
• Supplier Development – manage supplier qualification, new material qualification, and receiving inspection procedure development for new product integration
• Supplier Performance Monitoring – support supplier performance monitoring by creating performance scorecards
• Supplier Maintenance – manage continuous improvement and supplier history file accuracy
