Job TitleLead Supplier Quality EngineerJob DescriptionLead supplier quality performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to optimize supply chain value. Measure and report supplier KPIs, driving corrective actions and improvements. Implement supplier management processes aligned with FDA QSR and ISO standards. Partner with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to achieve business goals. Conduct supplier audits and manage corrective action plans through completion. Support strategic supplier reviews and long-term quality initiatives. Travel to supplier sites to improve performance and ensure compliance. Lead investigations into supplier-related quality issues and drive resolution. Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering. Strong knowledge of quality systems, FDA QSR, and ISO standards. Experience with supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
