Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4+ years of experience in supplier quality, supplier development, project planning, and manufacturing quality. This role focuses on supplier qualification, audits, continuous improvement, new product development support, and driving supplier performance through quality tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 4+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans
• Knowledge of AIAG standards and supplier audits
• Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, and Power BI
