Job Title : Supplier Quality Engineering Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MNJob Summary:
Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team and supplier quality program, driving supplier performance, qualification, NPI support, continuous improvement, and reduction of quality risks and COPQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SQE team, supplier qualification, development, audits, and issue resolution.
- Drive PPAP, FAI, APQP, FMEA, Cpk, CAPA, SCAR, and MRB activities.
- Manage supplier scorecards, DPPM, COPQ, and quality KPIs.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Operations on NPI and supplier improvement.
- Conduct supplier audits and drive preventive quality and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of senior Supplier Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, MSA, Lean Six Sigma, and AIAG standards.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Minitab preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 20 25% travel required.
