Position Title: Supplier Quality Engineering Program ManagerCompany: Mercury Marine (a Brunswick Corporation)Location: Fond du Lac, WIWorkplace Category: HybridTravel: Occasional, up to 20%Reports To: Sr. Director of Supplier QualityPay Range: $103,200 – $144,000 annuallyVisa Sponsorship: Not availableRelocation: YesKey ResponsibilitiesLead, guide, and coordinate cross‑functional teams through product development programs.Develop, lead, and drive the project schedule and monitor/report progress on all key performance metrics (schedule, scope, cost, tooling, and risk).Collaborate with multiple functional groups (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, Category).Maintain Mercury's consensus‑based culture and ownership mentality in governance, KPI, and presentations to senior leadership.Assess risk, manage critical decision inputs, generate backup plans, and communicate status and implications when exceptions arise.Manage multiple programs, from small to large scope, across multiple plants.Coordinate monthly program reviews with supplier quality managers and engineers.Perform risk management analysis and mitigate risks.Manage the stage‑gate system (HPPD) and APQP.Drive strategic, analytical decision‑making in evaluations of alternative scenarios.Coach and develop team members, addressing performance issues and delegating tasks.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in project/program management.Supply chain management experience.Proven success in cross‑functional team leadership.Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.Proficiency with engineering prints, specifications, APQP, and PPAP processes.Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.Positive attitude, ethics, and commitment to a diverse, high‑performance culture.Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).Analytical and strategic thinking; ability to digest complex information and make data‑driven decisions.Problem‑solving and creative mindset with openness to feedback.Agile mindset; deliver operational results and follow through on tasks.Decision‑making and prioritization skills in trade‑off situations.Change management capabilities; adapt to change and overcome resistance.Ability to lead and train others.Occasional day and/or overnight travel up to 20% domestically or internationally.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Institute (PMI) certification.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.BenefitsBase salary within the stated range.Annual discretionary bonus.Medical, dental, vision, and health savings account with company contribution.Paid vacation and 401(k) with up to 4% match.Well‑being program and product purchase discounts.Equal Opportunity StatementBrunswick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
