This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.Relocation: YesKey Responsibilities Execute Supplier Quality activities as part of a cross-functional team to develop, lead, and drive the project schedule and monitor/report progress on all key performance metrics (schedule, scope, cost, tooling, and risk) regularly.Work collaboratively across multiple functional groups within Mercury Marine with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, Category and more.Approach your program with an ownership mentality, including governance, KPI, and presentations to senior leadership, while maintaining Mercury's consensus-based culture.Manage risk, generate and execute backup plans, communicate status and program implications, assess risk you will be called upon, manage critical decision inputs and dates.Ability to manage multiple programs from small to large scope.Collaborate across multiple plants to engage stakeholders if needed.Coordinate program review with supplier quality Managers and engineers on a monthly basis.Perform risk management analysis to mitigate risks.Manage the stage-gate system of Mercury (HPPD) and APQP.Adopt strategic, analytical, and carefully weighted decision-making process in the evaluations of alternative scenarios.Be a keen listener, provide challenging/ stretch assignments, encourage development, confront and deal with performance issues effectively and delegate tasks effectively to develop others.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable.Occasional day and or overnight travel, up to 20%, domestic and international.May require occasional calls outside of normal business hours to support global operations and supplier coordination.Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in project/program management.Supply Chain management experience required.Proven success in project management and cross-functional team leadership.Strong data analysis abilities and software skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Project.Proficient with engineering prints and specifications, APQP, and PPAP processes.Excellent time management and organization skills; able to manage multiple ongoing projects and adapt to changing business needs.Positive attitude, ethics, and international values to promote a healthy, diverse, high-performance culture.Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.Analytic and strategic thinking skills; ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.Passionate problem solver and creative thinker with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback.Dynamic and agile: Ability to think in a creative and strategic way but are adept at delivering operationally to ensure tasks are followed through to completion.Ability to work efficiently and flexibly to deliver results.Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved and faster decisions are required.Change Management: Ability to adapt to change, anticipate future needs, is flexible, overcome resistance to change, and demonstrate managerial courage.Problem Solving: Ability to understand and evaluate complex issues and devise and implement successful solutions.Results oriented, can see hidden problems, takes a logical approach and probes fruitful sources for answers.Open-minded and transparent.Decision Making: Uses critical thinking skills, has a track record of making high-quality decisions, does not hesitate when making decisions, is confident, and is action-oriented.Develop a reporting system to show program performance to senior leadership.Possesses a can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond.Ability to lead and train others.Preferred Qualifications Project Management Institute (PMI) certificate.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.Other relevant certifications.Compensation & Benefits Annual base pay: $103,200 to $144,000.Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k up to 4% match, Health Savings Account with company contribution, well-being program, product purchase discounts and more.Brunswick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.Brunswick Corporation participates in E-Verify as part of our commitment to a lawful and transparent hiring process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
