Job Description (General Summary)
Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Quality Assurance Inspector supporting our Vendor Quality Team. This position will be scheduled to be On Campus Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and consistently verifies incoming material meets Intralox drawings and Quality standards prior to placement in inventory.
- Supports quality projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Documents and issues Intralox Nonconformance Reports, quarantines nonconforming product
- Ensures that the Quality Assurance sampling plans are being followed.
- Makes decisions based on inspection data and Quality Standards.
- Ensures accurate data entry into the appropriate Quality databases
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of QC Lab.
- Assists with training of QA backups.
- Communicates quality data through documentation, email, and personal interfaces.
Requirements:
- High school graduate (or G. E. D. equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Quality Control division of a manufacturing company.
- Experience reading engineering drawings
- Demonstrated success working independently.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Passion for learning and growth with a demonstrated record of self-management.
- Strong attention to detail with Quality minded experience.
- Excellent decision making, organization and communication skills.
- Above proficient in standard software packages (MS Office, Excel, Teams etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain or quality related field.
- Previous experience working with suppliers.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Root Cause Corrective Action experience.
- Statistical Process Control experience.
- Keyence, CMM, hand gaging or other measurement system experience.
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector preferred.
