Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of Quality Inspection, Manufacturing Quality, or Supplier Quality experience.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with inspection techniques and quality documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on components and assemblies.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using standard inspection equipment.
- Verify products against engineering drawings and specifications.
- Record inspection results accurately.
- Identify and document non-conforming products.
- Prepare and compile FAI documentation packages.
- Review inspection reports, dimensional reports, material certifications, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and test reports.
- Support PPAP documentation preparation.
- Assist APQP documentation activities.
- Maintain quality records within QMS, ERP, or PLM systems.
- Support engineering change documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality documentation.
- Follow up on missing or incomplete records.
- Support Supplier Quality Engineers during supplier audits.
- Maintain project status trackers and documentation logs.
- Ensure documentation complies with quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
