Job Description
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Are you ready to build and strengthen high‑value partnerships that drive EST’s mission forward? As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the primary connection between EST and our supplier network - developing strategic relationships, identifying new partners, and ensuring EST remains a preferred and prioritized customer. You’ll collaborate across internal teams, support business development efforts, and help shape supplier strategies that align with EST’s long‑term goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers.
- Identify, segment, and evaluate current and future supply partners using market research.
- Vet, qualify, and assist with onboarding new suppliers.
- Maintain accurate supplier data and KPIs in ZOHO.
- Collaborate with internal teams to match suppliers to project needs.
- Proactively manage supplier relationships to ensure EST receives priority service and aligned goals.
- Provide regular updates to suppliers and communicate tactfully on performance or opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance, risks, and competitive landscape.
- Support trade shows, sourcing events, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, or Government Contracting.
- Experience coordinating across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including cross‑cultural and military‑environment communication.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
- Knowledge of U.S. government procurement processes and compliance considerations.
- Experience with trade shows or supplier‑sourcing events.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the U.S.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (ZOHO).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and base access credentials.
