What you’ll do
- Nurture supplier relationships that drive reliable, on-time material delivery.
- Evaluate market shifts and supplier performance to steer purchasing choices.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms that strengthen cost position and service.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avert shortages.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement supports strategic goals.
- Maintain thorough records of buys, pricing updates, and inventory data.
- Champion supply chain process enhancements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of procurement policies and procedures.
What you’re great at
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience: 2+ years in purchasing or supply chain.
- Influence: Strong negotiator and trusted relationship builder.
- Thinking: Analytical, curious, and solutions-focused.
- Tools: Comfortable in Microsoft Office and supply chain systems.
- Communication: Crisp writing and clear verbal updates.
- Tempo: Thrive solo or with a team in a fast-moving environment.
