Job Description

Coordinate day-to-day facilities and office services activities. Respond to employee requests related to office operations and building services. Manage conference room setups and support meeting logistics. Monitor office supplies, inventory levels, and vendor deliveries. Assist with mail, courier, and package distribution processes. Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers. Support office moves, workspace configurations, and facilities projects. Maintain accurate facilities records and documentation. Ensure office areas remain organized, professional, and fully operational. Help promote a safe and efficient workplace environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supplies Clerk should have: Previous experience in facilities, office services, hospitality, or workplace operations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and priorities in a busy office setting. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Professional demeanor and a team-first mindset. Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. Comfortable working onsite in a corporate environment.
