What your future day will look like: - Manage mobile device requests including new devices, upgrades, setup, troubleshooting, and exchanges in alignment with company policy.
- Track and resolve requests through the ServiceNow system while monitoring device usage for optimization opportunities.
- Oversee printer fleet administration, including inventory accuracy, usage reporting, and periodic onsite reviews.
- Support supplier onboarding by coordinating documentation, compliance requirements, and process mapping.
- Assist internal departments with supplier account setup, requisitions, and purchase order tracking.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives by helping collect data, coordinate supplier efforts, and respond to customer requests.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, office administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze metrics and reports
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams and suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a structured environment
