Position Title: Supply Chain Administrator – Intern Location: Irvine, CA Work Arrangement: On-Site Required Position Summary The Supply Chain Administrator – Intern supports the Supply Chain team by processing purchase requisitions, coordinating with Engineering and NPI program teams, and helping maintain smooth procurement workflows. This role provides exposure to engineering development cycles, NPI processes, supply chain operations, and procurement fundamentals. The intern will work closely with Buyers, Purchasing Manager, Program Managers, and Engineers to ensure timely material requests, accurate documentation, and proper routing of requisitions through the procurement lifecycle. This role is an excellent opportunity for students looking to build a career in Supply Chain, Engineering Operations, Procurement, or Business Operations. The Supply Chain Administrator – Intern will learn how engineering teams generate material needs, how NPI programs flow through development phases, and how procurement converts requirements into purchase orders.
