Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to provide administrative support to the Supply Chain organization. This role will primarily support the Central Engineering team by accurately transferring engineering standards and specifications into standardized company templates while ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and quality standards.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to various functions within the Supply Chain organization.
- Support the Central Engineering team by transferring engineering standards, specifications, and technical documentation into approved company templates.
- Become familiar with company documentation templates and ensure compliance with established formatting and documentation policies.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of transferred engineering data and documentation.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties related to processing supply chain information, records, and documentation.
- Maintain organized electronic documentation and records.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to resolve documentation discrepancies and support ongoing projects.
- Assist with additional administrative and documentation projects as assigned.
Skills Required
- Basic Previous administrative, documentation, engineering support, or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent document formatting and editing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with engineering documentation or technical specifications.
- Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing environments.
- Experience using Power BI for reporting or data visualization.
- Experience working with document control systems.
Education
- Required: Highschool Diploma or GED
Additional requirements
- Shift: 8hrs/day Monday - Friday
Pay rate
- $25 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
