**Description:**
**As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:**
+ Conduct weekly labor planning for sites and network
+ Develop hiring plans and variable labor plans
+ Perform labor planning bridging
+ Generate weekly reporting on site execution, execution to plan, and labor plan accuracy performance
+ Bridge network performance to leadership
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 5 years of supply chain experience
+ 5 years of program or project management experience
+ Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
+ Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
+ Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
+ Experience using prompt engineering and an ability to effectively interact with AI systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
+ Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
+ Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
+ Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
+ Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
