Duration: 02+ Months Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support Supply Chain operations, with a focus on material risk tracking, inventory balancing, demand/supply analysis, and spare parts replenishment. The ideal candidate will have supply chain experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and exposure to NPI materials management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform material risk tracking, inventory balancing, and excess inventory reduction.
Conduct basic demand and supply analysis for components and identify material requirements.
Analyze daily supply chain needs and determine appropriate actions to address shortages or risks.
Support spare parts replenishment and develop solutions to improve material availability.
Work with supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Create and maintain analytical models using Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Maintain and update internal documentation for training and operational reference.
Support configuration management and understand how supply chain systems interact with business processes.
Monitor portfolio-level on-time delivery and help identify issues affecting performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related analytical role.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience creating and managing analytical models.
Exposure to NPI Materials Management.
Strong mathematical, analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with data and perform demand/supply analysis.
Basic understanding of business systems and configuration management.
SQL experience is preferred/valuable.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Supply Chain / Materials Management.
Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction).
Experience with inventory management, material planning, replenishment, or supply/demand analysis.
Experience using SQL for data analysis.
