Our client, a manufacturing company based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, and logistics operations. This role works closely with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently through the supply chain.

The Supply Chain Analyst will monitor inventory levels, track supplier performance, and analyze data to identify cost savings and process improvements. This is a hands-on, data-driven role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems and working cross-functionally with production and finance teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a stable schedule and opportunities to grow into senior supply chain or operations management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
  • Track supplier performance including on-time delivery and quality metrics
  • Prepare demand forecasts and production planning reports
  • Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs
  • Coordinate with purchasing team on material replenishment schedules
  • Maintain accurate data in the ERP and inventory management systems
  • Support month-end reporting on supply chain KPIs
  • Assist in resolving supplier delivery or quality issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with inventory control and demand planning principles
  • APICS certification a plus
