Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Healthcare or hospital supply chain environment.
- Experience with Inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
- Manage inventory levels, storage, and replenishment to ensure the availability of supplies.
- Process and monitor purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support ambulatory inventory projects, including inventory tracking, analysis, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve inventory and supply issues.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare inventory reports and perform other related duties as assigned.
