Supply Chain Analyst

Position Overview:

This position will contribute to improving how a growing organization coordinates materials, timing, and product movement. Working directly with leadership, the role focuses on aligning information between production, purchasing, suppliers, and logistics, helping ensure that items are available when needed and that business decisions are supported by reliable data.

What You'll Do:

The person in this role will:

• Maintain recurring tracking reports to show performance across product flow, inbound materials, and order progress.

• Review and summarize data by general category or location to highlight potential shortfalls or surplus.

• Help compare incoming requests and forecasts to real-world results, seasonal activity, and promotions.

• Observe supply timing and flag issues early when deliveries appear delayed or inconsistent.

• Coordinate inputs from multiple systems and partners to support accuracy and visibility.

• Assist with setup for item details and updates as part of ongoing improvement.

• Monitor operational progress and summarize findings for leadership to guide decisions.

• Partner with internal teams across planning, marketing, and finance to share insights.

• Support releases of new products and ongoing adjustments to existing ones.

• Contribute to documentation and refinement of planning and tracking processes as the company scales.

Experience & Background:

Candidates who tend to succeed in this type of role bring:

• Education or practical training related to analysis, operations, or business coordination.

• Prior exposure (around 2-5 years) to working with structured data or process improvement.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools and strong comfort interpreting numbers logically.

• Familiarity with general business systems used for planning and reporting.

• The ability to summarize findings clearly and make thoughtful recommendations.

• Attention to details, consistent follow-through, and effective communication.

Additional Helpful Experience:

Previous work supporting consumer or retail product flow, planning, or data visualization tools can be beneficial but is not required. Exposure to multi-channel operations or distribution environments provides additional perspective.

The ideal candidate combines curiosity, accountability, and practical judgment. Success involves keeping a balance between analytical detail and day-to-day problem solving-remaining flexible when priorities shift and maintaining clear communication with colleagues.

Role Summary:

• Structure: Full-time, onsite. Based in DFW.

• Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000, aligned with experience

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
