Why do we need you ?

The Supply Chain Analyst (Essentials of Supply Chain Associate) is a 12 month developmental role designed for recent graduates looking to build a career in supply chain management. As part of the CertainTeed Roofing Supply Chain organization, you will gain hands on experience supporting daily operations, business analytics, process improvement initiatives, and cross functional projects while building a strong foundation across multiple supply chain disciplines.

In this role, you will:

• Support daily activities within an assigned supply chain function such as Customer Service, Transportation, Material Master, Demand Planning, or Production Planning.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, improve visibility, and support decision making.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other business metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement and project initiatives that drive efficiency and business performance.
• Collaborate with teams across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, commercial, finance, and IT.
• Build knowledge of end to end supply chain operations through training, mentorship, plant visits, and hands on business experience.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership as appropriate.
• Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early career professional.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, academic project, or related experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, planning, operations, analytics, or continuous improvement.
• Exposure to reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, or data visualization.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, QlikView, Logility, or similar business systems.
• Supply chain, analytics, or continuous improvement certifications.
