Job Title: Order Management Specialist – Supply Chain Operations (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Location: Forest City, IA
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Forest City, IA. In this role, you will manage intercompany orders between manufacturing plants and distribution centers, ensuring accurate order processing and timely product delivery.

Responsibilities include entering and managing orders in SAP ERP, monitoring order status, resolving shipment discrepancies, handling backorders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing reports related to demand planning, inventory management, and order performance. You'll also support daily supply chain operations while maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in supply chain, order management, logistics, or customer service.
Working knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
