Position: Supply Chain Analyst – Global Procurement Excellence
Location: Purchase, NY (Onsite – 700 Anderson Hill Rd.)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global Procurement Excellence team on a temporary assignment. In this role, you will support critical initiatives in Supplier Partnerships, Human Rights, Supplier Inclusion, and Innovation Processes, helping drive responsible sourcing and supplier engagement strategies across a global supply chain.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and tracking of supplier improvement processes across multiple categories.

  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for supplier partnerships and innovation initiatives.

  • Help manage supplier-led innovation pipelines and track progress against KPIs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document innovative procurement practices.

  • Maintain dashboards, tools, and metrics for Supplier Performance Management and Innovation.

  • Conduct supplier research and benchmarking (industry, market trends, best practices).

  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support event planning activities related to supplier partnerships and innovation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sustainability, or data analysis preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

  • Familiarity with process improvements and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
