Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to support decision-making and enhance operational performance. This role ensures the smooth and efficient flow of materials from suppliers to production and ultimately to customers.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to optimize inventory management, procurement performance, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret supply chain data (inventory, lead times, supplier performance, purchase orders, and production schedules).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, material availability, and supplier metrics.
- Support forecasting and demand planning by analyzing historical data and collaborating with Procurement and Operations teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or risks in the supply chain and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and track material movement through procurement, production, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate supplier performance, cost trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred), ensuring alignment between planning, inventory, and financial systems.
- Support inventory control initiatives, including cycle counts, variance analysis, and safety stock optimization.
- Assist in developing process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
- Generate ad hoc analyses and reports to support executive decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a supply chain, data analysis, or operations support role (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience using ERP or MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Understanding of core supply chain principles: demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, modular, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data extraction tools.
- Ability to create or automate dashboards and KPI tracking tools.
