Supply Chain Analyst I

Job Title:  Material Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Huntington, IN
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Range: $30-$32 per hour on W2
Shift: Onsite 20hrs a week (schedule is flexible with Hiring Team. Ideally will be two full days onsite and 1/2 day)
 
Job Description

Education: College degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Ensure a continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order Scheduling.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance through established KPIs.
• Work with suppliers on late orders, confirmation details, etc.
• Take daily action regarding Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalate when issues are repeated.

Must Haves

• Entry to mid-level professional with experience in materials – inventory, purchasing, production, etc.
• Strong relationship and communication skills as they will be working with multiple teams.
• ERP experience (SAP) is a plus but not required.
