Job Responsibilities
Lead data analysis, translating business needs into analytical insights, and supporting strategic decisions through high-impact reporting and data modeling.
Analyze logistics performance metrics, including transportation spend, delivery times, inventory levels, and warehouse efficiency across multiple sites
Work with business leaders to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key logistics data for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to identify data-driven solutions for logistics challenges.
Monitor and analyze key metrics for 3PL service providers such as labor capacity, truck utilization, and operating cost.
Monitor trends in logistics data and provide timely insights to management.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and analysis.
Assist in the development of forecasting models to predict logistics needs and performance.
Support channel launches that improve first to last mile performance and transportation cost.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor''s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master''s degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on logistics or supply chain metrics.
SQL proficiency is required. Other proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python, or R is a plus.
Tableau and MS Excel proficiency is required. Knowledge on other data visualization tools like Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts and metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
