Job Description

We are seeking a Global Returns Analyst to join our retail channel operations team in the AR/VR industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level supply chain functions, RMA processing, and returns management and a proven ability to analyze return drivers, resolve discrepancies, and optimize returns workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Process RMAs and analyze driving factors for returns.
• Partner with service centers to resolve return-related issues.
• Resolve discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers.
• Validate returns and ensure data accuracy.
• File disputes for retail customers through required portals and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in RMA processing and returns analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a field aligned to supply chain analysis.
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Oracle.
• Background in consumer electronics retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root causes of returns.
• Experience with process automation and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar case management systems.
• Knowledge of retail compliance and dispute resolution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in AR/VR or adjacent consumer electronics categories.
• Exposure to Oracle-based returns modules and retail partner portals.
