We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Lewisville, Texas!

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

What you'll do:

Transportation & Logistics (50%)
• Plan and optimize inbound and outbound shipments across parcel, LTL, air, and ocean transportation modes.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve exceptions with carriers, distribution centers, labs, and customer service teams.
• Assist with import and export compliance, including customs documentation and processes.
• Support carrier sourcing initiatives, RFP analysis, and transportation performance measurement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on service, cost, and efficiency.

Procurement & Supplier Management (40%)
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in accordance with company policies.
• Learn and operate the company's procurement system, including basic system maintenance.
• Create and manage purchase orders, including expediting, updating, or closing orders as required.
• Investigate and resolve open or aging purchase orders.
• Resolve pricing, quantity, or delivery discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support supplier relationship management, audits, catalog maintenance, and data accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation and procurement records.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement (10%)
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for vendor performance, purchasing spend, and procurement accuracy.
• Update and distribute monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong interest in transportation, procurement, or global supply chains.
• Attention to detail, strong learning mindset, and comfort with data and Excel.
• Exposure to transportation or logistics operations (parcel, LTL, air, ocean, 3PLs), preferred
• Experience with procurement or purchasing processes, preferred
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite), preferred
• Experience building reports or KPIs and working cross-functionally, preferred
