Supply Chain Analyst & Planner - Heating Category

Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst & Planner is part of the SIOP team, working alongside the SIOP Manager and other category planners to drive the company's Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process. This role sits at the intersection of Lignetics' highest-volume category and its most complex capacity planning challenge, requiring a strong analytical skill set and comfort with data modeling, analysis, and optimization tools. This role serves as a key analytical partner to the SIOP Manager, supporting capacity modeling and scenario planning that enables the identification of opportunities across the Lignetics plant network. This role requires analytical fluency, comfort with large data sets, optimization tools, and the ability to leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to build models, surface insights, and translate data into supply chain decisions. This role also owns end-to-end demand and supply planning for Lignetics' Heating category across a large, multi-site manufacturing footprint and works in close partnership with the Heating Category Manager to align on customer demand and inventory positioning at the plant and Micro market levels.
