Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate: $33.00 - $34.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The main function of this role is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. The role is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
 
Responsibilities

• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Weekly Demand Forecasting and updating in systems.
• Sales Trend Reporting.
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customer’s requested delivery date.
• Conduct Root Cause analysis.
• Manage and resolve matters related to orders, shipping, and delivery.
• Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis.
• KPI (Baseline Improvement).
• Use of supply chain system for order management and reporting.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3-10 years of related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations.
• Experience in Forecasting / Demand Planning with retail experience preferred.
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships.
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data functions including advanced formulas.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• SAP/BW/BI Experience also a plus.

 
Skills

• Super detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizing abilities.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of extensive macro programming as a big plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with a hard-working attitude and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to learn quickly the complicated manual Excel data.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $34.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
