Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate: $39.00 - $39.73/hr.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• PSI Planning & Management:

• Manage weekly Production, Sales & Inventory (PSI) planning and analysis.
• Monitor sales demand, inventory levels, incoming supply, and production plans.
• Maintain and update AP1/AP2 forecasts based on the latest demand and supply data.

 

• Supply & Inventory Management:

• Identify potential risks related to shortages, excess inventory, and aging inventory.
• Monitor production schedules and Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) to ensure timely product availability.
• Manage inventory allocation by customer, channel, and distribution location.
• Develop recovery plans for production and supply shortages.

 

• Sales & Order Support:
  • Review customer demand and purchase orders to ensure sufficient inventory allocation.
  • Manage weekly product commitments and communicate supply availability to Sales and Account teams.
  • Monitor and manage Delivery Orders (DO) and Sales Orders (SO) status, including order cancellations, blocking, and release when necessary.
  • Coordinate inventory movement and site changes between hubs and direct-ship locations.

 

• Cross-functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management (PM), Business Management (BM), Logistics, and HQ to resolve supply constraints.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and major customer programs by securing required inventory.
• Communicate supply issues, risks, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders and management.

 

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Analyze forecast versus actual sales and inventory performance.
• Prepare weekly PSI reports, shortage reports, inventory analysis, and management updates.
• Participate in weekly PSI/S&OP meetings to provide updates on supply, demand, inventory, and key risks.

 
Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain planning/management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.00 - $39.73/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
